Abstract

The purpose of this research to investigate how whether the Canva can improve students writing skill at the eleventh grade students of SMA Islam An�Nur in the Academic Year 2022/2023. The subjects of this research were all eleventh graders of SMA Islam An-Nur, totaling eight students. Technique of data collection in this research using observation technique and measurement technique. For tools of data collection in the form of observation sheets, field notes, and also written tests. Then there are two data analyzes used in this research, namely qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Analysis data qualitative in cycle I, namely students still pay less attention to the explanations of researcher as teacher, students are still afraid to ask and answer questions posed by the teacher, then in cycle II students pay attention to
the explanation of the material from the teacher, students were active in asking questions to the teacher, and students looked enthusiastic. Analysis data quantitative in cycle I was measured from the mean score student which was only
66% included in the average category, then in cycle II the mean score student improve to 70% which was included in the good category.
Based on the results of this research it was concluded that Canva can improve students' writing skills. Teacher can apply Canva to teach students writing skills.
